"There are precious few reviews of Bike-Mall.com on the internets, so I'm adding my voice as a satisfied customer.
I ordered a "thermal cycling kit," which included a long sleeve jersey and bib pants. I received the kit for half the price of thermal bib pants alone from the local bike shops.
The quality of the product feels just a good as any of the name brand offerings I own (Sugoi, Bellweather, Novara, etc), and are made in the same country (go figure!). The garments have held up to a handful of 30-50 mile (50-80km) bike rides, and several trips through the washing machine.
Sizes do run small [as noted on the website], so pay attention to the sizing guide and you'll do fine. Ignore the easy-to-understand sizing guidelines and you'll find yourself with cycling clothes that are 1-2 sizes too small.
Since Bike-Mall.com is located in China, orders take a little longer to get to the States. Additionally, there is no order status updates from Bike-Mall.com. This essentially means, as resident of America, you place your order, and you wait a few weeks for it show up with no word from the company as to how things are proceeding.
Don't worry! The customer service at Bike-Mall.com is fluent in english, and extremely helpful. Being a less than patient customer, I e-mailed them a few times requesting the status of my order. Responses were always receive inside of 24 hours, and very helpful.
So the product is great. The customer service is very helpful. Order fulfillment is [understandably] a little slow. There are no order updates unless you send a request to them. The prices are positively great. I'll order again without hesitation."
