"My recent customer experience with Bikebandit.com was less than satisfactory. Upon receiving the wrong part, I attempted to return the part the first three times I called it seemed as if the “returns” department was just a voice mailbox. When I finally got someone on the phone they laid out the returns policy and it seemed straight forward. I packed it back up in the same fashion I received it and asked for a shipping label as the website offers. I have still yet to hear back, so I was forced to spend extra money to ship it back to them.
When Bikebandit.com’s returns department received the part I was immediately told the part was not in the correct packaging. They refused to refund the money and now expect more money to ship a part I didn’t need to begin with back to myself.
It would appear that Bikebandit.com has a nice little racket going, not refunding money on a part I’m certain they will sell again. I have since ordered the correct part from 2wheelpros.com and received it in a timely fashion and for $25 less than Bikebandit.com charges. "
" I bought a brand new OEM transmission from bike bandit.com for $2000 I have not had this transmission long enough to do much with it finally got it back in the machine took machine a couple times and the reverse chain blew out of it now they tell me this part has no warranty with it I was never told that that in the beginning and who would buy a big purchase item like this without a warranty is BS I was not told from the beginning it would not have one either "
"I received 2 new tires, Metzler Sportec Klassic from Bike Bandit on 06/08/18 and had them installed on 06/13/18 at local bike shop. When I went to look at the tire dates, I saw front tires were (1615) and rears (3217), I was not happy. I’ve had good service with this company before but am definitely unhappy. I gave 3 stars just because delivery was extremely quick."

"I ordered over a week ago and still no update on the website just the order has been shipped . When I called today they said I need to reply to the email sent to verify my credit card information as I am from Canada and having it shipped to the US ship it shop and I had done that 5 days ago but they said it must have been in a different department. Now that the order is supposed to be shipped I asked when will I get my parts and she thinks maybe next week I should get the tires but maybe longer for the brake parts . i told her I was not happy with waiting that long and I was told they are in California and that is why. i asked if they could ship it sooner and I was told if you don't like it you can cancel your order.
Totally frustrated with this experience probably my first and last order with bike Bandit Canadian buyers be ware."

"I forgot to update my address in my bike bandit profile and i ordered a tire on saturday. I noticed the wrong address when i checked the status monday. On monday afternoon i called to cancel the order and re-order to correct address. Within 24 hours my tire was shipped and I had a tracking #. "This is not the first time I have had this kind of experience with Bike Bandit, but it was the worst. I put in an order of over $600 for a top end rebuild. Every part I ordered was marked as "ships in 1 to 2 days". I ordered the parts on the Feb 11th.
Feb 15th, only 3 of 9 items have shipped. I called customer service and was given the "well, we had to order them from Suzuki, but it is set to arrive today and the remaining items will be sent out today or tomorrow."
Feb 20th - I called because I was still missing 6 of 9 items and according to the website, they had not shipped. I was told "Well, we had to order a couple of items from Suzuki and they are set to arrive today and will go out today or tomorrow". I requested they send the items they had at the warehouse and then send the two missing items 2 day shipping when they arrived.....which remember, was supposed to be that afternoon.
Feb 23rd - Two remaining items still had not shipped. I called and was told.....wait for it....."Well, we had to order them from Suzuki and they took long to arrive than Suzuki said they would. They are set to arrive by the end of day today". I explained that this was the third time I was today the same exact thing. There was a long moment of silence. "Well, we have the springs, do you want us to send them and send the valve assembly when we get it?" I told them to cancel the rest of the order and I will never shop with them again. At 40 years of age, I think this is the 3rd review I have ever written. I hope that emphasizes how ridiculous this experience was. I will never shop there again. I placed an order for the same exact OEM parts on Rocky Mountain ATV this morning and they shipped within 3 hours. That is how it is supposed to be.
Bike Bandit is an embarrassment to the online retail industry. "
