"Very poor customer service. I purchased almost closed to a $1K worth of products and accessories. The next day after they shipped the products, their website went on sale. So I called and asked for price match/refund (approximately $25).
They refused to match their own store even for a couple of days purchased. I'm not going to shop at this store again!!! "
"My grandson was very happy with his wooden balance bike it is such a great idea to get children to develop a sense of balance before they are introduced to pedals. International piority mail from the US post office was slow delivering to Hong Kong as it sat at the Los Angeles facility for 5 days. It arrived a week late. I can send a package from Santa Cruz and it will be there in less than a week. BikeKidShop was very easy to deal with especially as the bike had to be shipped so far. The shop shipped the bike out the same day as I ordered."

"Adams-Trail-a-Bike sleeve and hitch were stolen along with adult bike and all the local suppliers were totally out of stock as was Adams due to a recent change in their supplier. Had I waited, the part was on back-order for at least two months (when summer would be over!). BikeKidShop came through with having the part in stock and it was shipped within the week via ground through FedEx to Canada at the SAME PRICE as the local shops. (The part was shipped within 24 hours and I could check online where is was every day on its travels north.) VERY happy up here :)"

"We ordered our new Burley Bee a week ago. Sure enough we got it today! yay! It was in a perfect condition and was easy to set up. This is my third trailer in less than 3 years. I had bought cheaper brands before and they simply didn't hold up. We live in Key West and have used our trailer's practically every single day holing one child and a bunch of groceries and what not. I decided to spend a little extra on a Burley because I borrowed a 4y old Buley delite the other day and it was in an amazing condition still. The wheels and frame are WAY better quality than my first two trailers. I wish I had got a Burley in the first place!!!!!"
"Hi. I purchased quite a big order including the Chariot Cougar 2, the jogging and cycling accessory kits plus a storage cover and a spare hitch. The order was dispatched the following day! Packaging was excellent and everything arrived in perfect order. The Cougar 2 box is quite large however once I had discarded all the foam, cardboard and plastic packaging it just squeezed into the boot. I had my 12 month old boy in the back seat so putting it inside the car was not an option.
I am very impressed with the design and build quality of the Chariot. The tinted side shields and mesh shade covers are essential in summer giving piece of mind your little one is not being cooked like a lobster. The Chariot instruction manual is very detailed but also easy to follow when adjusting the child restraints or how to attach the different accessories.
Using the Chariot as both a trailer and a jogger has been a highly enjoyable experience. It has already been used 5 times in the 4 days I have had it. Our 12 month old son is already extremely comfortable in it and likes to slouch across the back seat or go to sleep with his head back on the headrest. I feel very confident he is comfortable and safely secured in the back of the Chariot which I could not say for some of the other trailers I looked at. All in all I would say I am extremely satisfied with my new Chariot and it is definately going to get a lot more use yet."
