"This company is a partner retail affiliate of Jet.com. I placed an order on Jet.com for a SSD drive and it was fulfilled by them. This is probably why the drive was delivered quickly, within 4 days after my purchase, by USPS priority mail, and arrived undamaged in its retail box.
Would I purchase anything directly from them, after reading the reviews here, No.

"If you do shop skip their expedited shipping. Expedited to these guys means pay more and get regular shipping (7-10 days). Choose regular shipping and get it in 2 weeks or more. Customer service is non-existent."
"I product which was defective and while exchanging emails with customer service the customer service rep yelled at me by writing in all caps when telling me I had to contact the manufacturer. I was shocked because I asked the rep to explain the return policy and the rep started their email out with..."as I stated before..." then the rep wrote "YOU need to contact the manufacturer" I have never dealt with such rudeness from where I made a purchase. Buyer beware!"
"Received these tires from BikeSomeWhere on Amazon. Had a bike tech at a local shop mount them today and he reported one of the tires is defective with a bulge on the sidewall. Bike is still at the shop and has not been ridden. BikeSomeWhere has refused to authorize a return as it has been mounted (but not ridden). How is one to discover the tire is defective? Buyer Beware. "
"Bate and switch. I ordered TWO pairs of socks from Bikesomwhere on newegg and after 2 weeks!!! received only one pair for the same price. I called BS to discuss the missing pair and, despite the website listing that is still up and my order receipt listing 2 pairs purchased, they claimed newegg said I only bought one so that's all they will give me. No apology, understanding, or help. They said I will get a return label and hung up on me. Horrible!!!! "
"Super slow shipping and handling speeds, 4 business days to drop my package off with the shipper after paying for expedited shipping? Unacceptable."
"Shipping was extremely slow and I did not receive one of the items from my order. I won't use this company again."

On 8/28/14 I purchased a CatEye Yamabiko copper bicycle bell through Walmart.com via BikeSomeWhere acting as the 3rd party vendor. BikeSomeWhere shipped me a substandard bike bell (Crane Karen Spring Strike copper bell) and DOCTORED the shipping receipt to make it look like I ordered this substandard bell at the price of the more expensive CatEye bell! I contacted BikeSomeWhere immediately and was in contact with a Rep by the name of Daniel. He stated that he was processing a refund immediately and would refund the original shipping cost once he saw return tracking (he emailed me a return postage stamp). After numerous emails and calls to their voice mail, I never received a refund. BikeSomeWhere received the package I returned to them. I tried contacting Walmart.com but they wash their hands of the customer once you purchase from a 3rd party vendor on their website. I asked BikeSomeWhere to give me copies of documentation of the credit they submitted to Walmart.com, and they still have not done it but continue to tell me it has been done. It's been at least 17 days as I write this. Promises, promises with no follow through. They now tell me I am within my right to contact my credit card company. Do you think? I think how they operate is, they let your credit card company credit you back and that way they keep their product AND the $$ you sent them. Well, I put my purchase on my America Express and that ain't going to happen! I have left specific instructions with American Express to make sure this vendor pays up! As well, my AE card tracks things like this and, if enough complaints are filed, they will stop doing business with Walmart.com.

I have been in email contact with the president, Jeff Stone, of BikeSomeWhere.com today. Following our email discussions I received an email from Walmart.com stating that a refund is being processed for me. Once I see the $$ credited back to my American Express card, I will follow up on this review.
8/16/14
Within a couple of hours after contacting the president, Jeff Stone, my $$ were on their way to being refunded. As of this morning, $$ have been credit back to my American Express card and the American Express complaint has been closed.
Here is the email I sent to President, Jeff Stone this morning:

"Hi, Jeff,
Just wanted to let you know that I finally received my credit of $28.95 this morning back to my American Express card. Thank you. I wanted to let you know that it took many, many, many hours of my time and research to get my credit back. It took me lots of PI work to locate you and send you an email; no one in your organization gave this info to me. I don't think I should of had to go through all of that for my refund. It was the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping and I will never purchase via Walmart.com with a third party ever again. I know you want to blame Walmart.com 100% for this but I can tell you I have never had an issue with them before until now. As previously mentioned, BikeSomewhere has a long history of horrific feedback dating as far back as 2007 (of what I was able to dig up) with the same situation - most of which is no refunds after customers returned their products to you via Amazon.com.
So this just wasn't about $28.95. It was more about the people who have been screwed by BikeSomewhere over the years. It was time for the nonsense to stop so I decided I would not give up (as many other customers did) until I saw my refund back in my account.
Moving forward, I would highly suggest that you hire a PR person and try to clean up your image online. Unfortunately, like me, many don't read the horror stories until they have been affected. Again, it's only because of my private investigator blood that got me to you. Others aren't willing to invest that kind of time ---- but I will, and I did.
So thank you again for seeing that I got my refund and hopefully I have brought to your attention a huge problem in your business that hopefully will now be corrected. "

"Falsely advertised a $140 helmet item was available on Amazon after telling me via email two-three days prior that the item was in stock and that I could return it if unhappy. The item still shows "in stock" on Amazon, which means Amazon is completely unreliable, inefficient, and not accurate. Really terrible customer service as Merchant charged my card, then I received email about a day later explaining they were out of stock. Told me in another email my order had been canceled and the charge did not go through, yet I have a "processing $140" charge on my account. "
"This place is horrific. I ordered a sweater from amazon through them and with Amazon Prim things normally ship the next day with free 2-day shipping. After about a week I noticed it still hadn’t arrived. Checked status online and was disgusted to see my item still hadn’t shipped. Contacted Bike Somewhere and informed them to cancel my order. They told me they couldn’t do that because the order already entered processing. Been a week since and still order hasn’t shipped. What a rip-off. I am going to have to call my bank and issue a chargeback. This place is ridiculous."
"I would not recommend doing business with this company. I got my initial shipment as expected, but it didn't fit. I contacted them to authorize an exchange, and they sent me the mailing information I would need by email. I never received the exchanged jersey. When I contacted them, they said it was out of stock and that they had issued a refund minus the 15% restocking fee. How ridiculous. WHY didn't they tell me that it was out of stck when I called to arrange the exchange? WHY didn't they contact me before issuing the refund to see if there was other merchandise I might want to exchange it for before deciding to JUST KEEP 15% of my money. UNETHICAL. "
"Ordered two VEE-Rubber bicycle tires through Amazon. One of the tires had an obvious defect. They insisted it was damaged and flat out refused to even consider an exchange."
"Awful. I'm so annoyed that I didn't look for reviews of this company before I bought a last minute expedited shipping birthday present. I purchased on Monday. They sent an email that they had shipped on Friday. UPS didn't have the tracking number, yet. I called customer support and they have a stock message to email them. I emailed and received two automated replies.
It's now Monday and UPS estimates that it will arrive tomorrow. That means 8 days between order and receiving. This is not 1-2 day shipping!"
"Worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid these guys like the plague. BikeSomeWhere but ShopElseWhere
Sent a damaged wheel after taking two days to fulfill the order. Reused a damaged box that they poorly retaped. Wheel arrived damaged and they blamed UPS because they said they wouldn't retape a box: UPS wouldn't tape over the old shipping label, it was done by them. Amazingly got someone to answer their phone, she said they would send a replacement immediately via 3 day select. Nothing arrives for a week and I call them constantly and send emails everyday. Finally, I get a response by sending them a message through amazon, which I imagine they have to respond to within a certain amount of time or they get a negative. They say they'll refund my money. Well, 5 days later they send me an email stating the wheel will be shipped next day air! I try to call, nothing. They send another email stating it will be shipped three-day instead. I've been making comments on their facebook page about the order issues, the person who maintains it has nothing to do with the company and is ignorant, he says they'll contact me and nothing happens. Today, he blocks me from commenting.
It's been over a month since I originally placed the order and now I still have to wait two days to get it. The few bucks you MIGHT save are definitely not worth the headache. BikeSomeWhere.com is not the place to shop."
"Worst online purchase ever! After waiting over two days for Bikesomewhere to process my "expedited" order, for which I'd paid 2nd day air, I reluctantly decided to cancel my order. I arrived at this decision after leaving six emails and voicemails, all inquiring about when I would receive shipment confirmation. Sure, I received responses to the emails (not the voicemails), but they merely stated they'd received my emails and were doing everything they could and yada yada ... In other words, they read like they were automated, but not quite. "Mila" was the name of the drone who sent me the emails.
As I write this, the last email that I received from Bikesomewhere indicated that they had issued a refund and that it is in my Paypal account. The email even went so far as to instruct me to check my Paypal account and then transfer the refund to another account of my choice (wierd, huh?). Well, guess what . . . THE MONEY BIKESOMEWHERE SAID IT REFUNDED HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!!
I feel like I've been mugged. The only recourse I have is to open a dispute through Paypal and keep my fingers crossed that I get my $160 back sometime within the next millennium.
I would be interested in finding out if they accept charges on all customer orders before the orders leave their facility or if that's just a nuanced and "standard" procedure when paying with Paypal. If the former is their normal practice, I think it might be illegal. Obviously, it would be legal for a retailer to request an "authrorization" from a bank for payment, before an item has actually shipped; once the item ships, the authorization could then be turned into an actual payment because it had then been "earned". Something tells me it might be worthwhile to verify whether or not BikeNOwhere is doing this. If it is not, contact the Better Business Bureau.
This transaction has been especially infuriating because the item that I needed is keeping me from taking a tour that I have been planning for over a year in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. Shame on Bikesomewhere!"
