I actually expected it to be out-of-stock based on the reviews but I received both items ordered in a timely manner and the pricing was very good overall. Very satisfied with this merchant."
"DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Placed an order in April- no problems. Received the items in a timely manner. Then we had to exchange two of the items, no problem here either. Returned jersey and exchanged bib shorts for higher priced ones. We received credit on our credit card for difference, and new bib shorts sent. So far so good, right? Nope! They sent us the wrong size for the bib shorts on the exchange in mid May. We emailed and called (of course no response) Finally, Alex sent us an email asking for proof that the wrong size was sent, so we sent pics same day. Sent back wrong sized bib shorts May 26th, just for an exchange in size. They received the bib shorts in their warehouse on May 31st. As of today, July 6th, we still have not received the new bib shorts, with them now telling us that we were never charged in the first place for them, and if we want to have them we must place an order for them!!"
"I have no clue where these negative reviews are coming from. I have just recieved my 4th order via Amazon in the past 2 months and have had no issues what so ever. Order showed up in a very timely manner and the product was all perfect. My orders ranged from socks and jerseys to a new cyclocomputer.... shrug. Great company, will continue to do business with them. I even emailed them one time to have a package re-routed and got a response within 1/2 hour! Great service!"
"Just an FYI, ordered from them via Amazon.com, bad move. No product showed up after 20 days, had to file a claim. Looked up their address on Google, shows a shady building with a suite #. This isn't an actual bike shop. Just some fly by night scam operation. Guessing they will be out of business in the next few months. I know some people inside the bike business that say they are past due over $1,000,000 dollars with their distributors. BEWARE"
"I was a customer of BikeSomeWhere for 3+ years. I purchased a pair of mountain bike shoes. I ordered these shoes on 4/3/2011 and paid $19.95 for expedited (2 day) shipping. They were not shipped until 4/6/2011, and I did not receive them until 4/8/2011. I asked for a credit for the shipping in an email and was told to call. It took me multiple attempts to get a live person. They refused to refund my $19.95. I gave them a choice to refund the $19.95 and keep me as a customer, or refund less and lose me as a customer. They chose to refund me $10 and lose me as a customer. "
"Sucks I am usually so thorough buying stuff these days. I wish I had seen the reviews for these jerks. Over a week now and not a response to my emails, my stuff hasn't shipped, and the other stuff I ordered along side this (from different vendors) is already here.

I'm about done with the Amazon Marketplace. If they let crappy ass vendors like BikeSomeWhere in their marketplace, what does it say about their credibility.
And now I have to wait weeks until the bs delivery estimate passes in order to file a claim?

"Another negative review and disgruntled customer. I wished I had checked the reviews before I ordered. I was looking for a pair of Vittoria Rubino Pro II tires in "Celeste" which are generally out of stock everywhere. After searching the net for awhile all of a sudden Bike Somewhere had them available and showed up in my searches. I went to the website and sure enough they showed as "in stock" I went ahead and ordered them even though I was suspicious whether they really had them.(Trust Your GUT) After I completed the order I went back to the web site and the tires were no longer available. They didn't even show up in a search of the Bike Somewhere website. I shot off an e-mail to customer service saying if they really didn't have the tires I wanted them to cancel my entire order which also included 2 tubes. I heard nothing from them. Two days later I again e-mailed and stated I wanted to cancel my order. NOTHING BACK.The only time I received any e-mail from them was to state they did not have the tires and they had shipped the tubes. NO confirmation of the initial order and no responses to my e-mails. Of course they have charged me for the tires and tubes from the moment I placed the order. HORRIBLE BAIT AND Charge for not in stock items , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK GOD MY LESSON ONLY COST ME 10 BUCKS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!"

There is absolutely NO customer service.I placed my order on 5/5/2011 for a pair of P.I. road shoes .They were in true red/silver ,after seeing and ordering them i saw the exact shoe in black/white which i thought were nicer. mind you on the same day i wrote them an email and left a message on their answering machine. As a previous reviewer mentioned, you'll never find someone on the phone (even during regular buiss. hours).I did that for 3 consecutive days without a response.(thur-Sat). That following mon. i recieved an email from ellie saying that the black pair wouldn't be avail. until may 29th would i wait? before i even had a chance to reply they were shipped via UPS. again i will NEVER buy anything from them again,thay have NO RESPECT for their customers."

"Ordered a Swagman Threaded Anti-wobble Hitch Pin for $28. Instead I got just a simple off brand threaded hitch pin that I can buy elsewhere online for about $5. The pin has a hand written label on it that's listed as a Swagman locking hitch pin! Obviously labeled wrong.

"I ordered a pair of Pearl Izumi road carbon shoes on March 23 and recived them on March 29th. I checked the reviews hear first and even though there were a lot of complaitns I thought I would give them a shot. Bofore I ordered them I called their customer service to see if they were in stock which they were. The rep was very polite. I was very happy with the whole transaction and would do bisiness with them agian. They sent me an email for the order and three days later they provided me with a UPS tracking number. No problems here!"
"Everything the bad reviewers warn about here is true. If you place an order and don't hear back from them for days - no change in the order - wouldn't you be concrened. Then you email, which is their preferred contact (and they will get back in 24 hours). Another day and a half later after no response, you call them - but can never get anything except a recording even during business hours at their listed locaiton. Finally after 4 days and again during business hours you phone them and leave a message to cancel the order and also send another email to cancel the order.
Wow - suddenly they email and tell you it's shipping today - after you gave up and placed the order elsewhere and they won't stop at that they will go ahead and UPS it out to you to force the order on you.
How would you like that - you actually get to pay for such poor response and service and finally slapped in the face by forcing the order on you.
Thanks to all the other posters out here. I have used the internet a lot for ordering and I usually look at seller ratings. This one I caught off a search and I should have been more diligent. I won't let that happen again and I will be sure to use sites like this to check em out. These guys need to be run out of business."
