I worked with eBikeStop for weeks as they helped me through the process of getting a claim and reshipping everything for free. They were friendly and helpful at all steps along the way. I'd recommend them without hesitation--just get USPS shipping instead!"
"Poor execution. On my first order, the item was listed as "In Stock" until I ordered. Then it was backordered for month before I gave up and cancelled. Second order was shipped quickly but filled completely wrong. One item was just the wrong thing (a disc rotor instead of the whole kit). Another item I had order 2 of and only got 1! So just avoid these people. Not worth the hassle given the competition out there."
"Ebikestop has pretty awful service. I ordered an Intense BMX bike, and 3 days later I'm told it's sold out and they won't come till 11/15. Would of helped if it said sold out to begin with. So I went with a different color. I tried to contact them by phone to tell them I need it by 4 days (reasonable right?), but they have a computer telling me I have to email them. So now it's coming 5 days later, which is in return making me miss my race. Thanks Ebikestop!"
"I've ordered from these guys numerous times. They often have the best prices on the web. Aren't particularly fast shipping, but usually have my gear within about 7-10 days of ordering. They've fixed problems I've had with orders quickly. Answered other customer inquiries promptly. "
"This company misrepresents their proudcts. I placed an order on the same day that I received an email saying they had "tons" of the item I wanted in stock. A week later they still had not shipped my order and claimed they were sold out and waiting for more from their warehouse. I inquired about my order on two different occasions, five days apart, and both times I was told my order would ship in the next day or two. Since I needed to receive the items for an upcoming trip, I asked about getting expedited shipping given they they were expecting a shipment in the next 1-2 days. They chose instead to give me a refund which suggests to me that they were lying about when the items would be in stock. They are liars and I recommend not doing business with this merchant."
