something is wrong with these bikes!!!

"I bought this bike and when I put it togethter the front wheel and fender touch the bike frame. So it make the bike unrideable. I can't turn the handle bars or the wheel touches the pedals. these frames are awful!!! I am so disapointed. I reached out to them and the sent a reply wanting pictures of the issue. I haven't heard back since i've sent pictures. I want my money back so I can buy a real bike. You get what yo pay for here folks. Just horrible!!! I'm waiting for a respose Bike Berry???? Please don't make me file a clame with pay pal.... after all i settled for the wrong color bike already!! "

They Misrepresent on Much Of What is Sold

"Bought a set of wheels based on the bold print description. Once I got the wheels I saw immediately they were not what was described. I went back on the website and then saw the fine print which offered a different description. Intentionally deceptive? I don't know but this is a very bad business practice. I alerted them to this and they want me to pay for shipping back to them and pay a 15% restocking fee. Trying to get the word out here. There has got to be a better, more honest business practices."

Complete joke ripoff company

"I bought a bbr stage 4 Kit April 15th 2016 got it a month later found out three parts that they told me that it was in stock where on backorder order it took me seven months to get the parts from backorder the kit arrived dented gas tank cracks in the engine block I was made to pay to ship defective merchandise back only to get another defective engine this went on for four engines all head cracks holes one head 8 mm bolts and 6 mm Hardware one was missing the whole front assembly to mount to the bike after finally contact you my credit card company sending it back and was told how to get a refund it is now October 2019 still have not received a refund from bikeberry where else to go let's see fake orders fake tracking slips Parts it never arrived and I was told they did I spent over a year of living hell with them because their customer service doesn't care their management doesn't care when you contact Better Business Bureau their idea of resolving the problem is to send a letter to Better Business Bureau problem not resolved I finally ordered the same thing through Amazon paid a little bit more came perfect why because if they sold crapped Amazon Amazon with drop them Amazon sticks up and stands behind their product still waiting for a $269 credit which I will never see that doesn't count the $18 I spent four times shipping defective merchandise back buy from Amazon or other online you can find the same things on wish for a fraction of the price in my opinion crap Berry is the worst company in the world customer service **** they have three hundred and something complain to the Better Business Bureau that was in 2016 alone and like I said I'm still waiting for my credit from 2016 bikeberry fu"

You might not get it at all

Folks,

I see these posts and whatnot but there is clearly something going on with this company. I ordered a kit on Jun 29th. 2 Day expedited. Then my nightmare began...

July 2nd, received fake tracking number. Number says label printed buy nothing received. I emailed Bikeberry, they said they shipped it and FedEx lies some times. Second order of bits and pieces are shipped USPS and received right away... strange.

July 3rd, Tracking number hasn't changed. I tell Bikeberry, there is something wrong, this order never went out. They insisted the fake tracking number is real.

July 6th, Fake Tracking number now says "pending". BikeBerry says, don't worry we shipped it, you will get it today.

July 9th, still no motor. Fake tracking number says "pending". Now BikeBerry says, Fed Ex lost the package (Fed Ex didn't lose the package, they never got it--truth comes out a few lines down). BikeBerry says they are sending duplicate order EXPEDITED and that I will have a tracking number in 48 hours and a motor by the end of the week.

July 10th, Receive email. Email says I will get tracking number by the end of the week and they will help me "every step of the way"... odd, I'm the customer, I already did my steps back in June, but OK.

July 12th, I placed phone call. FINALLY the truth comes out, FINALLY. Motor has been on back order for 3 weeks. Tracking numbers were fake and run arounds were real. BUT they are not going to give me any more run arounds, the guy says the "warehouse" will ship it tomorrow and I might get it next week... EXPEDITED according to Google means "make (an action or process) happen sooner or be accomplished more quickly."

I asked for a refund and they insisted it's on its way. I will likely have to do a credit card challenge and take my money by force. I'm stuck in this strange series of unfortunate events--like how is it, that I pick one random company who turns out to be completely incompetent.

I recommend you stay as far away from this company as you can possibly get. They aren't truthful, they lack any sense of urgency and are probably the reason, Amazon became a God, Amazon simply knows how to ship packages. I will probably go thru hell to get back my $300+ and I'll probably get my motor eventually... maybe. But God help me if there's anything wrong with it. And remember that second order of bits and pieces, I'm just stuck with those...

BACK ORDER?

"JUST HEARD FROM SOMEONE THAT THERE WILL BE A BACK ORDER?! I KEEP BEING TOLD ITS BEEN SHIPPED BUT HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN AND SHIPPING INFO! If by Monday I haven't gotten a straight answer I'm gonna be really upset."

BBR motor ready bike ripoff

"The bike received was not the bike advertised. Was also missing parts backorders for 6 weeks. Was not notified before shipping of the missing parts. Tried to exchange and or return the bike for the one I had actually ordered but they said I would be need to pay the shipping and a 15 percent restocking fee. They refused to waive the fee and pay the shipping to return it. It was going to cost me another $240.00 to send it back. So now here's a bike that I did not order and it also turns out its missing parts like bearing , bearing caps that should have been factory installed and they can't send the parts because they don't stock them. I am now $80.00 further invested into buying parts for this piece of crap. Do yourself a favor and buy else where. Kmart and Walmart have better quality bikes than these guys and will back their products."

Bad customer service

"They shorted me a $5.99 brass gas valve. Then said they sent it, even though I ordered 3 parts and got 2! So I guess they think a $5.99 part is more valuable than then a customer! Ok with me, I recomended gasbike.net. "

Beware Dont buy there Hub Kit

"The brake fell apart aftet the first ride and I had to take it to a shop to get repared. They also say the kit doesnt need a locking hub nut qhich is a lie. I will be filing a suit against them to try to get my money back. "

"I am quite dissatisfied with trying to get an upper motor mount for one of the 49 cc mini bikes.
the mount broke after 2 weeks. I have been trying , no waiting, for 3 weeks for a mount that has been promised 2 day express mail. Every time I call, it is the same old story...sorry...we will get it right out!! Not too happy with them at this point.

"I've been a long time bikeberry customer. They have always shipped quickly and have shipped me quality parts. Be afraid of fly by night outfits on ebay or amazon, I've bought a couple from them and when I had problems there was no one to answer questions or take care of the issue. Bikeberry always took care of any product questions and warranty issues. Top notch!"
