Want It? They've Got It!

"Even though I needed only one part, I ordered it on Friday and received it on the following Monday. From previous experience a few years ago with Bike Trailer Shop, when I purchased a Croozer bike cargo trailer, if there's a mistake in the order, they'll detect and fix it promptly. Frequent updates on order status are helpful, too."

"I ordered 2 sets of Ortlieb bags all was well. I later ordered another set for my trailer. In the 3 month interim, the bags changed colors from black to a two tone black. The website did not inform of the color change and when I returned the item, I was charged the full shipping price for the bags and other items I ordered. Bryan assured me I would not be charged for the return; however, when it was processed the shipping was deducted. Buyer beware when you order something as they will search for a reason not to pay for the return."
