"Absolutely amazing! i had my doubts after others complaining about customer service, lack of quality in the material and the overall time it took for the order to arrive.
I can safely say that;

- the service is as good as can be expected when buying from anywhere in Asia.
- The material in both the jersey and shorts is top notch (at a very reasonable price)
- As well as the fact that it took only 6 days to arrive from China (to Australia).

"I order a set of jersey & pants from bike-jersey.com. I paid by PayPal and it took some 2 weeks to come from China to Australia. I am really happy with the product & worksmanship. The material is also very good and the price is about 1/3 of the local marked up price. BTW, no-one should pay much attention for "services" when ordering from companies like this one from China though. They don't even have a decent contact email. And I don't expect they know much English. So don't expect returns or refunds. Just do your measurements well before ordering and hope for the best."

"Do NOT order from this company. There is NO customer service at all. I have been waiting for over a month for a jersey. It is no where near being here and took two weeks for it to leave the warehouse (supposedly it was shipped) and has been in transit for two weeks. "I ordered seveal sets of Jerseys, shorts and pants. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get the order because they do ship from China and are located there. I did recieve the materials and are very happy wit them. Returning items I would think would not work due to shipping cost to China. But the Jerseys ect. are less then 1/2 price of the ones here. The sizing are european sizes witch by rule of thumb run about 1 size smaller than we are used to in the United States. allot of the other jerseys you buy from other companys are also made in China so why not buy direct and save. If you need a larger quanity of 50 to 100 jerseys I know other Chinese companys will get down to about $16 each plus freight so you may want to bargin with them if you need a large quanity. Just recievied my latest order for winter cycling pants and long sleve jersey,got them in 3 weeks and they are GREAT quality."

"I bought two sets of bike shorts and matching jerseys. I needed to exchange for different sizes. When I looked online, there was no exchange information, only information regarding returns, and in any event, no address. I tried to contact them using 2 e-mails on their web page, and one message via their web page. But no response. I finally found another email address and they responded. Barely. They said an exchange would take too long and I should just buy the correct sizes and sell the shorts or jersey to cycling friends. I said no, I would like to make an exchange. Then they quoted a ridiculous shipping price, and still did not provide an address. I think they are in China, but I am not sure. Once I again asked for an address and approval for the exchanges, they stopped responding, at all, despite 4 more e-mails. Take a risk if you want. I did get the shorts and jerseys, but the website did not say that the jerseys would be summer weight material with the holes. I will not buy from them again."

"Bike-jersey is a scam!! They stole my money. I ordered a jersey almost 2 months ago (mid december) and it has not arrived yet. I have been tracking it via USPS with the tracking number Bike-jersey provided me with and according to the postal carrier it had never been sent.

Initially Bike-jersey did respond to my emails; indicating that they would get back to me once they found out what happened with my order, that was 3 weeks ago. Since then they have failed to reply to any of my subsequent inquiries. I have asked them for a phone number to speak with a representative and they will not provide me with one, nor can I find one on their website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Bike-jersey, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!"
