"these are cowards who will not answer the phone, and charged me for more expensive parts i ordered, but they shipped the wrong, cheaper parts. they have not issued a refund for the difference, nor returned a call, nor sent the correct parts. they (he) hides behind a phone system of different voicemail boxes. i am currently checking my legal options as i plan to prosecute. i have found a physical address for him through a private detective, i will be paying him a visit soon. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING EVER FROM BIKEBULLY OR HARBOR COUNTRY BIKES!!!!"

"Harbor Country Bikes is Bikebully.com. Look at their BBB complains and complaints on here to see why you should shop elsewhere. Very poor customer services means if they do not ship part of your order as happened to me you will never get hold of them via email, or the phone # they provided. I'd advise shopping at other businesses that value their customers. "

"Horrible Communications. Horrible store. Their phone number is just a fax number. Emails just go into a black hole. I was told items shipped Nov 16 (6 days after I ordered). Weeks went by without any information. I finally gave up trying after trying to call, email, and even fax numerous times trying to find out where my stuff was. I eventually reversed the charges on my credit card.

Interestingly, I received an email today (Dec 15, 5 weeks later) saying my order was canceled because they didn't have the item! That's after they had told me it shipped.

This is an alter ego store for Harbor Country Bike, so I would beware of them. My recent email came from them. I guess I'd set up new store also after getting those ratings.
