"Made a purchase online on the 1st of May, with shipping by SEUR to a pickup point of their network.
By the 7th of May received an email from BikeInn warning the package arrived at the destination on that very same day, followed by an email from SEUR stating the same.
I went to the pickup point, where I was informed that only DPD shipped packages to that pickup point, that they had no package for me and that I should contact DPD customer service to track my package.
After a few days and calls to DPD, where I was given a tracking number with a proof of delivery that was a signature no even close to mine and indication to pick the package at a another nearby pickup point where it also wasnt delivered, DPD finally admited they didnt know the whereabouts of the package and I should contact BikeInn.
And so I did. Their first answer was a generic email with a tracking number that didnt even work. The second was that the carrier was investigating (when they had already admited they didnt know the whereabouts of the package) and that I should wait.
Having waited for the package for 30 days since the purchase (maximum delivery time defined at arcticle 18 of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council), I've communicated the withdrawall and requested a refund, wich the arcticle 13 of the same European Directive stated must be made within 14 calendar days. Today, 27 days after comunicating my withdrawall and requesting the refund, It still haven't been made, I had to purchase the same goods from another online retailer and the last word I heard from BikeInn was by the 7th of June asking me to fill a form so that they could file a complain to SEUR/DPD.
They just completly ignore customers and even the laws that regulate their business."
"An awful company that should be avoided, especially if you live in the US. I was excited when they had a Continental 700X28 GP5000tl in stock as that size has been near impossible to find for months. I bought one. My mistake was not looking at the email receipt closely. They had changed the tire to the easily found 700x25. When it arrived, I tried to return it. What a nightmare! The return process is totally broken and after weeks of back and forth with them about the id/password field required for return not working? All they said was 'you're fault, you're responsible for shipping. It's like arguing with a 4-year-old! No matter how many times I explain the issue, it never gets through! I'm going to find someone to buy this tire from me, because the return is impossible BUT AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!"
