"The part was what I was looking for. Their ordering process is simple. They're considerably slower than most other stores I've dealt with in their processing time but I got the part straight from the manufacturer so I question if they are actually a parts warehouse or just a middleman, which is fine. I got what I needed, it just took longer than expected. Their customer service does not reply to inquiries though, which is frustrating."
