"Their site says that item was in stock, but of course it was not. After two weeks of waiting, they sent me leather pants which were way too small despite that label says it was the right size. I tried to returne it, but my account with them was DELETED! They actually DELETED my account to keep me away! And their system didn't let me log-in, in order to do the return. Plus, they blocked my IP address, now I can access their website only from other computers, but not from my home! Amazing! No answer to phone calls either, or e-mails. I'm stuck with wrong size pants and I can't even contact them. What a shame!"
"WORST online shopping experience I've ever had! So far I've spent $87 and received nothing but 3 months of aggravating hassle.
I ordered a single in-stock item from Biker Babes on June 21. They sent me two different wrong items and insisted that I had to return these items to them at my expense before they would send the correct item or issue a refund. Customer service was terse, offered no apology, ignored my questions, and sometimes didn't reply at all. I finally sent the wrong items back to them over a month ago and now I'm being ignored completely! No refund, no answer to emails or phone calls.
UPDATE:
Strangely enough, the day this review posted to the website, I received a partial refund. It only covered the price of the item, not any of the shipping, and I had to pay the paypal transaction fee for it too. So in the end I still paid about $23 for absolutely nothing. They still refuse to speak to me."
