"I bought the Siskiu D7 Full Suspension mountain bike. I've taken it out on a couple challenging trail rides so far and so far I love the bike. It has an awesome design, color scheme, and look and it rides extremely well. I have 30 years of mountain biking and can push a bike hard when I hit the trails. With my new Siskiu D7, I can power up step hills with loose rocky soil. My bike also handles well on the downhill and around fast s-curves. I do not do any jumping, but the dual suspension and great seat makes for a comfortable riding experience traveling at high speeds on hard rocky trails. The wide handle bars and disc brakes make controlling the bike very easy. My only concern is that after the second ride I noticed the several of the spokes had become loose. I would recommend purchasing a spoke tightener to have ready when you assemble the bike. Speaking of assembly, it wasn't difficult, but it took me about 90 minutes vs. the 30 minutes that more experienced bike mechanics have claimed. A previous bike of another brand lasted me over 20 years and thousands of miles, the true test of this bike will be how many years and miles of reliable riding I can get out of it. That is yet to be known, but I like everything about the bike so far and hope for many good years good times riding it."

"I initially bought a 27.5" Xtrada 5 with the 2x10 gearing. After it was stolen, I bought my 2nd Xtrada 5, a 29incher with the 2x10 gearing. I feel that the 2x10 gearing works better on the 29" system. I am able to use the lowest gear and maintain my momentum on the steep uphill trails. I was concerned that the extra wheel diameter would slow me down but this fear was unfounded. On the 29"er, I found that I can easily ride over cattle foot-prints (a matrix of pot-holes) on dried up stream and stay in a straight line.

Dealing with customer service is great. They respond promptly.

There was always some minor box damage when I received the bikes. But the bikes are well-protected inside the box so there was no damage to the product. "
