"Your sorry excuse for a checkout process harks back to something I would have developed in the last 90s or early -00s. Cumbersome as all heck to get through, and it doesn't bounce back the fields you have filled in if you forget one. It also forced me, against my will, to sign-up for the VIP club, and then at least get a coupon for it, WHICH I COULDN'T USE!!!
I am a web developer with a bit more than 34 years, the first site was Mosaic compatible, and yours is about as good as that one.
You have some WORK to do!
