"I've left the text of my original review below. This stick is one of the cheapest that Billiards.com sells, so I didn't expect superb quality, but the one I reviewed had apparently shipped from the factory with NO tip rounding. But Billiards.com contacted me after my low rating and they made it right, sending me a new stick and (I hope) better trimming tool.
And the new cue is good quality, outstanding in fact for the original price. So I give the whole experience five stars without reservation, and I will order again from this company.

The cue tip was totally flat. I had to work it for an hour before there was any curve, and I couldn't use the tip tool in the order because all the abrasive fell out after about 5 minutes. I won't order again from you guys--you sell inferior junk."
