"I couldn't believe that billiards.com wasn't set up yet.... it's... billiards... .com! To begin with, they have a fantastic assortment of cues/gear/big stuff/small stuff/etc at really good prices, along with decent coupons from time to time. But the real gem is the customer service.

I've had 2 different orders placed out of them. One back in 2008, one recently for christmas 2010. On both orders I called CS, got a person quickly, and made custom changes to the order. The CS is EXTREMELY helpful and willing to work with you quite generously.

2008 order:
- I ordered several high price items (total order was $802)
- Some of these items came with "buy this, get one of these [preselected list of stuff] free."
- I got one of the things in the list, but looking at the prices of the "free with purchase" stuff, they compared equally to something I needed and was going to buy anyway.
- I was able to talk w/CS to substitute the lower priced items that I needed in place of their pre-selected low-priced "free with purchase" stuff.

2010 order:
- This was a small order as a present
- While their shipping is adequate for the majority of their bigger stuff, I didn't feel that it was a good price for the small stuff.
- I called their CS to see if there was an alternate method of shipping for this one small thing I wanted.
- They found an alternate method not listed on their site and custom changed my order so I didn't have to pay as much shipping.

In both instances they were extremely professional and quite pleasant to talk to. I will definitely be directing future business with them."
