"After buying an item from them as a gift to my dad, not knowing how horrible the service is, I
placed an order on this item for my daughter:

When I placed the order, the website said it was in stock. After placing the order and about couple hours later, I received an email, saying that it was out of stock and that I must order a different one and I was recommended the few of them. I selected a different one and went on vacation, thinking that my order was on it's way. When I came back, I received another email saying that they were not sure the size, which I have already specified the size in my original order. I replied and told them the size I wanted. It's been another business day and I have not received an comfirmation.

Just received another email, stating that my gift order (6589453535078) for my dad is out of stock and that I must order a different set or delay my order until November 5. Because this is a gift I went ahead and selected another item, which isn't as nice as the original but still cost the same.

I am very disappointed of their customer services. The only other bad experience buying items online is with a couple of photo store, trying to buy a camera. I didn't think that I would have problem buying billiard items online. I don't recommend anyone buying from this vendor.
