"Ordered a charm with engraving which I paid for -got the charm and the lobster clasp and couldnt attach it to the charm it was too small- also was not engraved at all. Returned it and after weeks and weeks I got an email saying I couldnt return it because it was engraved (which it actually wasnt). still asked for a return and radio silence. I kept emailing them (by the way there is no phone # to reach them), and never heard back. Getting my attorney involved. I refuse to be ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Put in an order July 2. It didn't get put in the shipper's hands until July 12. I chose free shipping and accept a long wait, but the wait of the economy shipping on top of a really long processing wait is a bit disappointing.
Their shipping policy:
"All products that are in-stock (not back-ordered) are usually shipped next business day from the date ordered. Products that are on back order are usually shipped within 5 business days. We will notify you if a longer delay is expected. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or postal holidays."
I bought one item, which wasn't noted as in-stock or backorder (Buff UV headwear). I didn't get any notice about any delay. There just was 10 days between my order confirmation and shipping notice. It was delivered through USPS First Class Mail with a tracking #."
