"I located some protein powder I like in a 32oz canister and ordered 2 of them. I quickly received my shipment, but received 2 - 16 oz canisters. I didn't know if this was a clerical error, but emailed them the issue and received no response. sent a 2nd email with no response. Since the order was drop shipped from the manufacture, I contacted them and learned the size (32 oz) was not even made any more. Since I had been unable to locate a phone number for Biossential on their own website, so I asked them if they had one and was able to get a contact number that way. There was no answer when I called, but it was a weekend, so I tried again during the week and left a couple of voicemails. I did finally see an 800# in one of the initial email confirmations from biossential.

I ended up calling American Express to dispute the charge. I just wanted my complete order. I've been ordering off the internet for years and this was my first negative experience. Thankfully American Express is wonderful at handling these types of issues. I would have been happy to work with Biossential to rectify my issue, but have had ZERO response from the company"
