This is misleading and bad practice. Will not use this company again."

UPS will not ship products without a contact number and they know this. UPS managed to find a number that they could list on the return. The package was delivered back to BIOVEA at my cost and UPS provided a confirmation. BIOVEA fails to acknowledge UPS's confirmation and refuses to provide a refund. So not only am I out the product cost but also the UPS return shipping costs now. This company is run by scammers and I highly recommend you shop for products elsewhere."

My credit card company honored my dispute and credited back to my account. Obviously, Biovea did not respond to the credit card company.
My advice to every one that has not received their order, was charged and not refunded, file a dispute with your payment method company.

The have no phone numbers to contact. I placed an order on 2/27/21. Said item was in stock. They charged my credit card right away. Emailed them on 3/2/21 asking when it would ship. Said they are closed on weekends, so my order was currently processing to ship. Contacted them on 3/4/21 wanting to know when shipping. They replied on 3/4/21, that they were checking with warehouse. On 3/5/21, they emailed me and said warehouse has insufficient stock and do not know when they will have it and I could cancel order. I told them to cancel. Of course, did not hear from them until yesterday, 3/8/21 that it was cancelled and any authorization for the amount would drop automatically. NO, they had already charged my card and was posted on March 1! Questioned them about that and they replied "This order and the payment for it have been cancelled"! They cancelled, but they did not reverse the charge. So, I have filed a dispute. Not acceptable, when it states an item is in stock, they charge your card immediately and item is NOT in stock. Plus, no notification that the item was out of stock I had to do all the questioning to find out the answers. Find it very dishonest. Would NEVER recommend them!

First and Foremost the 5 star reviews you are seeing here are 100% fake, Biovea is a scam company, they chose the name Biovea because it sounds like a big company name and that was the impression I had when I submitted my order 3 months ago and I received 2 tracking numbers which are definitely trackable but you will never receive the order.
Call Care center is not available for this company so don't bother calling, if you email them they will respond but guess what? its all format.
Reason why they responded is so they could have a record of the email incase you report them as fraud and if you do report them as fraud company, the first question the anti fraud or police would ask you is; did you try to contact biova, if you say yes, they would then ask you if you receive any response from them? if you say yes, the case is solved, after that the best thing police or anti fraud would ask you is to keep on waiting but if you say No, the truth is biovea will actually respond to your email but you will never get your order or money back.

"Purchased 2 items on August 28, max delivery time has been reached. Was mislead into believing the item would be shipped within the EU since it asked me to select a store respective to my country. Worth noting I could have purchased the items from the manufacturer itself, CHEAPER since it also did not have the advantage of being shipped inside the EU. Adding to that your decision to ship by the state owned courier, which works 50% of the time, instead of dhl, ups, mrw etc.
Contacted customer support and spoke with Maya Lima who is just a horrible customer support staff, reached out asking where was the item, received the standard "automated reply" from Maya to wait the 6-8 days period.
After the period passed I reached out again asking for a refund given that they did not deliver the items, at this point Maya gave me a shipping code and told me the package had been randomly selected for inspection by customs (happens you use CTT and not a decent courier) and to take care of the customs issue i had to send personal documents and the receipt either by driving 400km to the customs office or by sending the personal documents to a CTT email, who is known for not being trustworthy, let alone with handling personal documents, and PAY for the customs fee!
Paid for the items, did not get them, but I am refused a refund and given a headache instead."
