"Well, I want to think this online store lives up to it's shiny website, but I ordered a $34.95 parrot toy on November 15, they billed my Paypal, and I've heard nothing - While I ordered the item Friday they've still had 3 business days to either confirm shipping or advise if on back order. They don't answer their phones (FOUR messages left), nor apparently their emails (2 sent) :/ I will give them 24 more hours to respond or I will cancel order ... so far underwhelmed with customer service but will update this review in a day or so."

"DO NOT ORDER anything from this company!!!! I placed an order on 4/11/12 which still (5/14/12) says that it is "processing" on my account. They HAVE NOT responded to several emails and phone messages that I have left in regards to this order. They have also NOT RESPONDED to a dispute which was opened with Paypal. I believe it is a fraudulent business and would not reccommend purchasing from them."
