"Quite possibly the worst buying experience I have ever suffered. Overcharged at the checkout, OEM HD sent instead of retail packaged HD shown on website, wrong model- and it was faulty! No replies to emails, no way of contacting by phone. Returned the item by recorded delivery and still no replies to emails. Had to refer to my credit card company to get a refund. Birrings is obviously a bloke in a shed who hasn't got a clue about how to run a business. If you are tempted to trade with Birrings - DON'T!"

No phone number, no reply to emails.
They delivered my next working day delivery order more than a week after I had cancelled and they had agreed to refund my account.(Returned cancelled order to Birrings).
28 DAYS later I still have no refund.
I have had to record the 'fraud' with my bank.
Dreadful customer service - deal with them at your peril.

My order, a Dell U2410 monitor was received 3 weeks late & faulty. Birrings do not reply to phone calls or e-mails so I returned the item to their return address - I have still not received any communication or refund. Am now going to report them for fraud!"

I ordered a "Brand New" monitor from Birrings Hardware Shop last month. I emailed him to find out when the delivery day would be. He did email back but with no indication of when I would receive it. It just turned up one morning dusty, dirty and clearly used. I was told to sent it back to the manufacture if I was not happy with it! Very bad attitude
Never answers his phone. Very poor communication.
Just wants your money with no after care service.
BEWARE BIRRINGS IS A CON MAN.

"Birrings do not receive incoming phone calls, Birrings do not respond to emails. Birrings do not deliver goods, I am still waiting on a "next day delivery" and have had NO response from them. Abysmal company with ZERO service and NO WAY to contact them. I will wait a few days then speak to my bank about FRAUD.
