"It's my first transaction with BitInstant so I did a small transaction just to see how things would go. Funds were supposed to transferred 8 hours ago but I never got them. I checked Block explorer and the Bitcoins never got transferred. I sent an email and I'm waiting to hear back. I'll update when I hear something back.

"Usually bitinstant is awsome and i use it alot. Today its been over 5 hourss and i still cant tranfer my money to my account. Apparently mt gox is holding everything up for some reason.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE LIKE THIS BITINSTANT NEEDS TO POST A NO DEPOSIT AT THIS TIME WE R HAVING
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS SIGN.!!!!!!!! That way the customer can have the option of doing something different. I should not get charged 4.99% for a service that is promised 30 min to 1 hour when its been over 5 hours and i still dont have my money. Make ur customers more aware next time if there is an issue.

Let me tell you how awesome this service really is. I screwed up royally trying to make a transfer using this service, I mean I put the wrong thing in the wrong place and didn't even realize it until the moneygram was sent. Pretty stupid right?

But despite my utter n00bness I got a reply back from bitinstant in under a MINUTE after I sent them an email asking to help me get myself out of a really bad situation. I thought it was some cheezy auto-reply brushing me off but it wasn't. I had a real live badass human being helping me out, the way it should be, and just one hour later it all got worked out smoothly with no hassles, and zero smack-talk about what a fool I was (though honestly I probably deserved some lip).

These guys are class acts, and I usually hate filling these stupid things out, but I can definitely appreciate kickass customer service when I see it. I'd give you ten stars for it if I could because Charlie has some insane C'thulu power to read minds and warp time in the name of customer satisfaction.

"This is the greatest bitcoin service I have ever used. Well worth the 5% charge. I used the cash deposit to e-mail (Coinapult) method of transfer, and the transaction had completed before I could return to my car from the bank. The transfer happened before I returned home on one of my orders, and the other did not go through. I called their service number, was not put on hold, received the best customer service I have ever dreamed possible - the problem was explained to me, the bitcoins were sent immediately, and I was very happy.
