"Placed an order on 1/31 and as of 2/11 it still hasn't shipped! I wanted to cancel the order but was told I could not. Their website states "we are here and shipping daily" but apparently they don't ship much of anything "daily". Pathetic and inexcusable. I wish I had seen their reviews before I placed my order. I will never purchase from this company again and encourage you to save yourself the hassle and don't buy from Bits and Pieces."
"The company charges shipping by the dollar amount you order, nothing to do with weight. Then after paying a high shipping fee, you have to wait a couple weeks to get your order. Usually when you pay a lot for shipping, you get your order within a few days. This place takes 2-3 weeks to send orders. I was told the delay was because items were shipped from outside the country, so this company is just a drop shipper that doesn’t actually have the products they’re selling. The beard baubles I ordered are garbage. I could have made them for about $2 with items from the $store. To make things worse, the baubles and some other items, arrived too late for the party, so I requested a refund on the shipping cost but the company would only offer a $5 discount on my next order. Why would I ever order from them again when they are overcharging and can’t seem to ship items out quickly? I won’t. Their next response was to send me a copy of their shipping and return policies. So I would have to pay to return items that arrived too late. Again, why would I do that? Save your money and buy from Amazon. At least shipping is fast and returns are easy and free. Also cheaper to order directly from a Chinese company"
"Placed order (for Christmas gift) on 11/28/22 and still hasn't shipped on 12/7/22. Online status shows it won't ship until 12/24-12/29! Really?! Called and their customer service ****. All they would say is that "it will arrive by Christmas". Couldn't provide a ship date. Totally useless."

"It was very easy to place an order but getting delivery of that order was an entirely different experience. I would not suggest that you order from this company. I reached out to the company on three separate occasions to obtain resolution and each time no resolution was obtained. I am still waiting for my package. "

"I place an order with this company before checking this independent review site. I would not have ordered. However, since my order placed Nov 7, 2021 was sent to FedEx on Nov 9, I placed two more orders on Nov 20. Both shipped Nov 22. I have used phone and online customer service with good effect. They are not same-day shippers, but I feel less than a week is good. (FedEx, on the other hand, changed my arrival date a few times on a couple of these.) The fragile item arrived intact, so care was used in packaging."

" My 91 year old father was visiting us and stumbled across a Bit and Pieces catalog. He fell in love with the Father Time puzzle which is a grandfather clock with an actual working clock mechanism included. He hinted that it would be really neat to put the puzzle together and hang it on the wall of his room in the nursing home. Well, of course I ordered it and shipped it to him for his 92nd birthday on April 1st. He started putting it together but unfortunately it took him 3 months to complete. The puzzle was missing a piece and when he opened the SEALED bag to assemble the clock mechanism 2 parts where missing !!! Obviously we were past the warranty time but it's not like you can just open the puzzle box and tell if everything is there. And the clock mechanism was sealed...that was obviously their fault! They refused to stand behind their product so now my dad is stuck with an incomplete, nonworking clock puzzle!! Thanks for NOTHING Bits and pieces!! That's not how you treat people."
