"I was simply trying to buy an ebike battery from Bix International which has the same physical address as this company so I presume it is the same. After exchanging several emails (most emails sounding like they were not from a native english speaker) I finally got most of my questions answered. Actually some of the questions were not even answered properly and in return emails I would also have to point out the question I asked and point out how thier answer did not make sense.
Any company that will answer only one question at a time and I have to send multiple emails asking them to please answer all the questions (yet they still answer only one at a time) seems to be a bit flakey to me especially when the replies are not even in proper english. I have had way too many issues with counterfeit batteries from China to trust a company that seems to lack even basic communication skills.
Even the website had issues. When I entered my Washington state zip code the only option it gave me was for pick up rather than for FedEx. I certainly am not going to go across most of the country to pick up a product. Glitch on the website I presume. Just another red flag.
In the end due to the lack of proper communication from them and the website issues, I have decided to go elsewhere. If you cannot even answer my questions effectively I am certainly not going to spend several hundred dollars on something and hope it works properly."

"I ordered an external notebook battery,Bat-BP170,from these guys shortly before a trip out of country.
Upon receiving it,the battery would only hold 1/4 of it's capacity but they seemed to think I needed to run it through several cycles before it would reach capacity so believing them I dragged it along with me to indonesia.Once there I discovered it would not hold a charge for several days,nor would it ever reach full capacity.They assured me they would exchange it upon my return,however after leaving the battery in storage for a month,The battery cells had expanded dangerously,so I was unable to bring the battery pack back with me.
I did take photos of the obviously too dangerous to fly with battery cells,and I still have all the components but they are unwilling to negociate any exchange or compensation.
Maybe they have the right as I do not have the complete battery anymore,but considering I made them aware of the defective product from the day I received it and they goaded me into believing it would work properly after more charge cycles,I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and $300 poorer and would NEVER do business with them or their crap products again!"
"Received e-mail stating "following items have been shipped" on 9 January 2006 and having my credit card charged. Received e-mail 11 Jan 2006 stating item not available anymore and credit card charge would be reversed. This is a SAD way to be doing business."
"I ordered 4 KVM cables, they sent me the wrong ones. When I contacted them to request the correct cables they said they shipped the other ones because they are "mainly...for our KVM switch". Do you order a product and expect the vendor to substitute what you ordered with the product they "think" is best, instead of what you ordered?
It took FOUR emails to convince the anonymous BiX salesperson that he needed to reimburse my return shipping for their errant fulfillment, and he still says he will not reimburse me for all of it. This is anything but treating your customers well.
I'll never order from BiX again, and I urge anyone on the verge of placing an order with them to seriously reconsider."
"I had no problem with this company at all. Ordered on 10th March, was promptly sent an order confirmation via e-mail, and another once the adapter was mailed out. Received the parcel on the 16th. I'll be using them again. "
