I had bought some stackable chairs in the past and I went through the entire catalog of stackable chairs and did not find them. When I looked them up by product number, they popped right up. "
"On 2/25/19 I placed an order with Bizchair for 3 bookshelves. The Shelves were delivered on March 11th. Upon delivery the delivery man and i noticed that one of the shelves were damaged. I immediately called bizchair to notify them and get them pick up damage item and to replace the item. I was told by them that i should have refused the item when it arrived and because I didn’t they would only refund me or replace the item if i found a non profit agency to donate the item to and then provide bizchair with the donation receipt with item description included in the receipt signed by an officer of the charity with his contact information and title on the receipt in order for them to refund or replace my damaged item. This is after I sent them all the photos they requested of the damaged item. I replied back by stating that they were the ones who delivered the damaged item, so therefore they needed to be the ones to arrange for the donation. Finally ,The Non profit organization came and picked up the item on 4/16/19. I immediately emailed Brenda Morris at Bizchair claims department for her to issue my refund.
Brenda stated that as soon as she receives the receipt from the non profit agency for the donation she would send a request for a refund. I finally received my refund minus shipping costs on 4/30/19. So from 2/25 -4/30 i paid interest on an item that i did not have and that bizchair not only refused to refund me but refused to send me a replacement until the shelf had been picked up by non profit agency. Who conducts business like that? I have never ever had an issue with any company in which I had to return a damaged item to. Any other company would have replaced the item immediately!! I Ordered a total of 7 shelves from them ( 4 in the past and 3 this last time) and this was the first time that i had to return anything. I made it very clear to Brenda that i needed the replacement bookshelves by a certain date which of course I did not get. I ended up ordering a replacement bookshelf from another vendor and had no issues with them whatsoever. I will not ever ever order from this company again. Its not acceptable to be treated as if I am a dishonest person trying to pull one over on them. They could have replaced my shelf on a timely fashion ( especially because i told them i needed it by a certain date) and If the damaged book shelf was not available to be picked up by the non profit agency then bizchair could have charged me for that item instead of treating me the way that they did. "
