We've ordered chairs from BizChair before and were not pleased. The caps on the ends of the legs were cracked and missing. Hoping these chairs don't end up the same. "

“We apologize if you experienced any inconvenience with this order. Some shipments are shipped with an LTL or freight carrier and others will be with Fed Ex. The items that are shipped via a LTL shipment are not able to be left without someone signing for the shipment but Fed Ex drivers can leave items at the door.”
