I am writing this review in regards to BizChair and their delivery (or lack of it), their return policy communication, and their very rude and horrible customer service representatives.
I ordered 24 Mahogany tables on August 12th from bizchair.com and did a lot of research to find these. When I talked to them on the phone, they guaranteed that they would be to my buisness by 8/21/18 for a open house event that I was having. 2-6 buisness days was to be expected. On 8/21/18 I had not even gotten a response yet. I called to cancel and they told me they understood and just to refuse shipment. Roadrunner called me on 8/23/18 to say that they would like to deliver. They said i was all good and they were going to ship it back ASAP.
Over a month and a half later, no refund, no tables, no anything and I called to figure out where they are or where is the refund for the tables. The lady was so rude, did not help at all and told me there would be no recourse at all. I lost my money and my tables. I have never had such a lack of conflict information and help from a company in my life. How do they stay in buisness? Thank you for nothing. "

"I ordered two chairs that came to me in a box the size of a fridge.... One was defective. The lady who helped me was wonderful. She called me, had me send pictures. I thought maybe it was an odd chair they sold (back was weird and arched right into your spine). She said no it was defective. She had to pass on to the complaint dept... Here I sit waiting for someone to review my complaint 4 days later and they expected me to keep this huge cardboard box in my home until they decide what they are going to do. I paid a lot for these chairs. Twice as much as amazon due to me wanting the mint color. If this were amazon, I would have my chair already and it would not be an issue at all. I just put $100 dollars down the toilet with one chair I can use and a crappy, defective chair. Way to go Bizchair. I will be sure to inform my friends to never order from your company again.... Carolina who helped me is great, the company, not so much. "
