"I purchased 36 of these chairs on the 7th of September. As of the 18th of September I still had not received any shipping notification. The website states its usually 24 hours for shipping. I contacted customer service on the 14th of September and was told that the warehouse was backed up, but they would put me on a "hot list" to expedite my shipping. I explained to them that it was important I received my chairs soon, as I'm supposedto be opening the doors to my deli in less than 2 weeks. I reached out to customer service again today, the 19th of September and was notified that my chairs were shipped. Bobby in customer service was amazing, she really went above and beyond, and it is solely because of her that I would consider purchasing from this website again "
