"The purchase experience went fine. However, I do not recall the shipping information stating that I would have to unload an entire lobby set off an 18-wheeler by myself. I feel like there was nothing about that in the check-out process that was clear. Fortunately, we had an exceptional driver who was willing to back into our complicated parking lot to make it easier. We still had to have three men who could unload the things off the truck and maneuver it into the building. I don't care if BizChair states it's on the website; it wasn't clear. Free shipping isn't worth what we had to do. I almost got hit trying to block traffic so the 18-wheeler could back in, I'm way too short to climb into the trailer, and the furniture was too heavy to lift on my own. I guess when it seems too good to be true, it usually is. I won't order from BizChair again."
