"The ordering process was very simple and easy and prices are best I found online. I received email saying to inspect order before having the shipper leave (seemed odd to me). Order showed up but one of the tables was broken in the corner - shipper left the product when I was not there. When I called to let bizchair know, they said they had to send me email, I had to send a picture of the broken product, then it had to go to another department for review before anything could be done. Seems like a long process for simple fix, send me ARS tag and send me a new table. We will see how it turns out and will review again once that happens. "
