"Searched all over for cool looking chairs for our casual dining area--found a chair that came with and without casters. I decided to order one before ordering three more. Although the upholstered part of the chair was very nice, the seat was more than 1-1/2" lower than was stated in the specs. The wooden frame was stained dark over a lighter wood so every ding showed brightly; along the corners of two of the legs, it looked like they'd been gnawed. I could have done something about that, but even lowering the table all the way down, the chairs were way too low. I assumed the chairs with casters would be higher---BizChair's site stated they would have worked but I found other reviews that stated the seat height was even lower than the chair without casters. It cost me $40 to ship it back; I got prior authorization for return shipping, and that stated I would not be charged restocking. However, today I received notice that they're taking an additional $26.36 for ??? Customer service didn't call it restocking, but I was told my $109 chair was only getting me back $82.36. Their phone system doesn't work well---I suspect they just want gripers to go away quietly. I am only gratified that I only ordered one stinkin' chair, not the four I would have bought and not a church-full of beat up chairs others have ordered and been totally unsatisfied with. "

"I recently needed a few dozen ghost chairs for a tented event in NY. I had less than one week's notice, when I contacted Bizchair I was informed that I may not get the chairs in time for the event because they are trucked through several states and orders generally take 2 days to process,and 4-5 days for transit. I loved the look of these chairs for this event so I spoke to Bobby Lee at Bizchair.com explaining my predicament. Though I still wasn't guaranteed arrival in time, Bobby was empathetic and thoughtfully expedited processing my order. I received several updates and tracking information, but it would be cutting it very close. So, in the interim, I located similar chairs locally at a deeply discouted closeout place (Closeout Connection) and purchased them to cover myself just in case the biz chair order did not make it in time. The Closeout chairs were not nearly as nice and cost 2 and a half times more!! In the end the ghost chairs arrived in time for the event and looked absolutely stunning. They completely exceeded my expectations and guests were wowed by the entire look. I was able to return the chairs at the Closeout store and they graciously refunded me the money. Happy ending! "Before Biz chair launched their new website a week ago, I ordered 50 chairs that came with a free "chair dolly". I could not find a picture or description anywhere on the website despite looking intensely for it. When the chairs arrived the "chair dolly" was a square piece of metal with 4 plastic wheels. Bizchair refused to rectify the situation with even a simple discount code and now we have to buy an actual chair dolly ourselves. BUYER BEWARE."
