"I ordered this chair almost two weeks ago and still have yet to receive information about the shipping beyond the fact that it has not yet shipped! I am getting a recliner for my child that has a disability and was excited looking forward to this. I am terrified we wasted such a chunk of change after reading reviews....I hope I am wrong.

The company claims they send out items from different US locations but I have only ever had to wait this long for items to be shipped if back-ordered or from across the globe, and that's only worth it when it's a steal. This is a splurge for us even though thought I was saving $30 compared to competitors. So far I feel regret as I bet those other companies would at least have shipped my product by now! Someone is failing in logistics at BizChair. I just hope to hear from someone tomorrow and to get my item soon (w/o damage)!"
