"This company has terrible customer service. My last 2 orders with them have been unacceptable and they don't care. I ordered 7 office chairs which were supposed to be delivered in 7 days. When the chairs never arrived, I called to see where they were. They said they were at a warehouse and should be delivered soon. 20 days later, I still didn't have the chairs. They said they were "lost" in the warehouse. Finally the chairs came 2 weeks late. I needed more of the same chairs, so I place another order. 2 weeks later--no chairs. Biz chair said that they sent the order, but the supplier lost it. Despite this, Biz chair had charged my credit card. I told biz chair to cancel the order. They said no problem. Again, Biz chair didn't care. Terrible customer service!"
