I placed an order for a nice looking high back $169 chair. Looked great. The chair is used about 2 days per week for about 10 hours each day. Item arrived fine in 2 days shipping time. The chair was great for about a month and a half (45 days ish). Then it began to essentially fall apart. I fixed it and moved on. This slowly began to continue. The piston would give out and not hold up any thing. We would sit in it and it would randomly go down to the floor. Called to return chair but it was outside the 90 day warranty (about 3 weeks). They offered replacement items to fix. Received those about 1 week later however had not install tools. Called back to get that. They finally sent that. Replaced broken items. Although the chair worked for a while longer, the cushion was non existent. Called yet again. Was told supervisor would call back. No supervisor called. Called again. Was told the same thing. No supervisor called. Sent email to every email address we could find and opened a ticket on the website. 2 months later still nothing. No resolve no contact. The chair sits in the corner and is unusable. Horrible product - horrible customer service. Will not be purchasing again. Will be going to a local store which I should have done in the first place. "

"Your description is deceptive. It stated that 2 chairs were shipped in each box. I ordered 2 boxes and received 2 chairs. I reordered 2 more chairs which I have not received. I have company coming from Houston tomorrow and have only 2 chairs. One of the chairs that I received was damaged. I requested that the company send the damaged piece and I would glue it. I sent the requested pictures but I have heard nothing."
