No receipt or papers came with the chairs so unable to determine where the mistake was made.
They are good chairs So even though the person who needed the chair couldn’t use it, I kept them to use in another area.
I’m still shopping for a chair that can seat someone 300-350 lbs but I won’t reorder from BizChair."

"No assembly instructions are included. NOT NICE. A rubber mallet is required to put these chairs together?!?!? I would not have known that unless I clicked through other reviews to eventually find a mention of the mallet. No PDF manual exists that I could find during web searches. Actually, this is pretty lame in these days of the internet and customer support. EVERY reference on the BizChair.com site having to do with QUESTIONS (about assembly) showed ZERO, goose egg, nada, zip ugotz about this. I had to question the owners who owned these chairs that I modeled my purchase after to find out if they also lacked instructions and had to find out the mallet thing on their own. They did indeed. And FedEx was three days late delivering but that is common during Covid times. Sometimes it seems the carrier has an unofficial delivery policy that says items can be delivered at the driver's discretion. "
