"A chair I was looking to purchase has been on back order for a very long time one day I called customer service to ask them when the chair would be arriving. The person on the phone was very short and said it will be in in two weeks and hung up on me. After multiple weeks of waiting one day the chair showed it was in stock I then placed an order immediately to get the chair I’ve been waiting for so long until. After I place the order and email came to me saying the chair is still on back order and it would be out until April before it would arrive. I found this very misleading that they are turning on chairs as in stock just to get orders and credit card numbers and there’s no chairs to ship. I guess I will now have to spend more time trying to find the perfect chair again from somebody else"
