Paid but no delivery

"I spoke with customer service 8 times over the course of two weeks. I was charged and a week later received an email that it was “In fulfillment.” Never received a tracking number. Called several more times being assured that the warehouse was contacted. Discovered after 3 more calls that they no longer had the table I ordered."

Crapchair

"The chairs came with dings and scratches right out of the undamaged box. After a week, one of the protective gliders on a leg broke apart damaging our newly finished hardwood floors. It’s been a horrible experience. I will never pass up an opportunity to tell people what a terrible company you are. "

Buyer beware

"The 6 chairs came poor quality, scuffed and no back support had so much movement. The company does not supply a return label, UPS wanted $945.52 for shipping it back ? Which is 3 times what we paid and a re stocking fee. Clearly we can not, nor would I pay that return fee, so I'm stuck with crappy chairs I can't use!!!! Please think twice before you get scammed "

"I was given 1-2 delivery once ordered, and it was! The only issue was the tracking number from FedEx would not update, until right before it was received. That’s not on Bizchair, that’s a FedEx issue. I will definitely order from them again when the need arises. "
