"I tried to assemble my chair the day after I received it, and there was an issue with the seat. BizChair Customer Service was very professional and responsive, and they passed me along to the manufacturer (Flash Furniture) for a resolution. However, Flash Customer Service has not provided any help, and they refuse to answer my emails. It's been over three weeks and I still don't have a functioning chair. My review is about the overall experience, and my lowered experience rating is directed mostly at Flash. At the same time, BizChair should be held somewhat responsible for allowing their supplier to provide such an awful customer experience."

"The website would not allow me to order 2 personalized kids recliners. I would personalize 1 and put it in the cart and then when I put a second personalized chair in the cart it cancelled the first one. So I am forced to make 2 separate orders. When I called, luke the website said to check on production time, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then it hung up on me. The technology is out there to have a solid website and ordering experience. You are a big enough company to implement a smooth ordering experience. "
