"I love this chair so much, I bought a second one. The second one I ordered and paid for, but the order was cancelled. The problem was the billing address and shipping address were different and I noted the same on my order on the internet. I received an email a day or two later that said my cc would not go through. I called customer service, who found the problem to be the billing address, so I gave her the correct one and she said we were all set. I received an email a few days later to say the order was cancelled. I tried calling, put on hold because there was a long wait and then each time it forced me to leave a message. I left a message 3 times and no one called me back. Here I am, ordering the chair again. Because it really is a great chair!"
