"We ordered two end tables online on Sept 13th 2008. They post on their website it will only take 7 - 12 business days to ship. After 2 weeks I called and spoke to their customer service department. A nice woman informed me it would only take one more week because it was coming from California.
I thought another week won't hurt especially when it's for the end tables we really wanted. Well here we are on November 4th still waiting for our end tables. I started calling the office after the table didn't arrive when I last spoke to the customer service department. This time no one was answering the phone and all the calls were going straight to voicemail. I left several messages and no one ever returned them.
So I started sending emails and finally received a response that said they were still on their way and that they were held up at customs when they were coming from Canada. So they were basically trying to tell me that they mailed it to California and then back to Canada and then to me?
I beg you, if you suffer from high blood pressure or have a history of heart attack/mini strokes, DO NOT ORDER FROM KINGS FURNISHINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM BIZZAREDEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"On September 9, 2008 my company,sent a check for $494.13 to Bizarre Deal.com for the purchase of 6 folding tables. According to company website, shipment takes 6 weeks. I was expecting my tables around the 3rd week of October. I called this company on the 24th of October to confirm delivery but no one answered the phone. Then starting on Monday Oct 27 through today I have called the company through the day, everyday,(except the week end) and no answer. Today I called again and I got a busy signal. I also sent an e-mail on Oct 27. I have not received an e-mail reply. Today I was doing online research on the company and others have made payments without ever receiving their products. Please help me and others get their money back and have this shady company remove their websites.

"I ordered a lamp in late August. My first warning should have been they hit my credit card BEFORE they shipped. Next, other than the initial email receipt, nothing. When I called no answer, just voicemail hell. I emailed and finally got a response that said the manufacturer hadn't built them yet. It's be shipped express in late September. Well it's October and no lamp and no word. Today I called VISA and disputed the charge. STAY AWAY!"
"I ordered a fireplace screen for $338 from this company. What I received a week later was a busted up piece of metal and glass. I called them and got "a new one is on the way". Essentially I got the check's in the mail deal.
Now when I attempt to call them, this is what I get:
1)phone rings infinitum
2)We're on a "holiday"
3)We're swamped, leave a message
Needless to say for $350 I stuck with a busted-up piece of metal.

"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Tried to order an item that was "IN STOCK" and have been playing email and phone tag for 1 month. Complained about faulty claim about item being in stock. I would not have ordered if item was OUT OF STOCK. Website was never changed and item still says it's in stock. BizzareDeal.com is associated with http://onecallstores.com/
Looks like a family of websites that are all scammers. I would definitely stay away. Company APPEARS to have great reviews with PRICEGRABBER.COM but please look closer. 99% of positive reviews look or appear to be fake. All positive feedback that was left was left by people who have only left 1 customer feedback so far... and can you guess which company? BizzareDeal.com. TOTAL SCAM.

As an added note... last email from company informed me that I will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. How DARE a company charge a restocking fee on something that was never in stock.
Will file full charges and complaints with credit card company."
