But whay impressed me is the customer service. This company puts you directly in touch with a real person through texting! It was amazing to have a question about my order and have a real live person answer relatively instantly .
They were able to give knowlegable answers quickly and even refunded me my shipping cost on a package that came a little later than they quoted me.
You never get this kind of personal assistance anywhere online.
