"On October 10th, 2011, I ordered a DVD from blackbeltflix.com. The transaction seemed to be handled efficiently through PayPal; however, no confirmation was ever received from the seller, only PayPal. After three full weeks and multiple e-mails to both ****@**** and ****@****, there has been no DVD and no communication whatsoever from the seller. Apparently, this site is not a real business, but just a website presence intended to scam unsuspecting buyers. None of the customer service links work on the site, only the ability to spend your money on non-existent products. I believe another web address at kungfudvdworld.com may also be associated with the same operation, as the websites look too similar to be coincidental. This transaction has been escalated to PayPal for resolution. Do not buy from blackbeltflix.com!

Update: On November 18th, PayPal refunded my payment for the DVD that was never delivered. Apparently, PayPal representatives were also unsuccessful in receiving a response from Black Belt Flix. DO NOT BUY FROM BLACK BELT FLIX, and exercise caution in dealing with kungfudvdworld.com!

Further Update: A 5/5 review by "kungfumike", which is his only review written ever? This is just an obvious attempt by the website to garner a better rating, since 6 months has passed since my review was published. Watch out!"
