"Everything was as promised, from product to delivery. I bought the reinforced nylon holster to carry the BlackBerry on my duty belt. It seems to provide good protection, easy access, and I like the fact that the phone automatically goes on standby when holstered and comes off when taken out."

"Their products are over-priced, but the "economy" shipping seemed to make up for the prices. However, once you find out that it takes 12 days to deliver a Blackberry slipcase, the shipping doesn't seem so inexpensive.

Update: Received the product. What a complete disappointment! The product is not of the quality claimed on their page. It does NOT have a "velvet lined interior" nor does the device pull out by the "clever side openings." The product feels cheap and the interior will eventually rub the finish off the device. They need to rewrite the description to accurately reflect the product! You cannot believe the descriptions of products from this company.

How many others have reviewed the item and their review was not posted, which might have prevented me from purchasing this sub-par item? "I purchased a Cradle and Charger for Blackberry Bold item # ACC-CODCBC9000 from their store. I received it and within 3 days the unit failed. It no longer charged the battery, primary nor secondary. I sent an email asking for a replacement. After a week of no response, I phoned them and the asked me to fill out a on-line form and I would receive it in 3-5 days. After 5 business days I did not receive it and I phoned them again. They claimed to have sent me an email authorizing them to charge my credit card again until they receive the defective unit back. I agreed and they sent me a replacement. I returned the original. The replacement unit failed in less then 24 hours. I again requested a RMA number also saying that I no longer wanted the item, I wanted a refund. I received an email saying to return it with the original one. I phoned them to explain that the original already shipped. The person I spoke with told me he would send me an email with instructions for returning the second item within an hour. 2 days later I sent an email asking for the instructions. I received a response telling me my credit card was refunded for the original purchase. I replied to the email explaining that I needed instructions to return the second unit, with no response. I called 5 days after the original promise of the instructions and could only get voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining the situation again and now after 2 weeks, I still have not been contacted on this. This store has defective products and poor customer service. "
