"I have dealt with for more than ten (10) years and never have I seen a worst organization, almost everything was "tupsy turvy". My humble opinion is that what came from the manufacturer was the culprit. Anything from selling to the software having errors. It is my opinion because I am also a customer of BlackBerry as well as Simple Mobile, through which I get my BlackBerry service, that I will whisper in the proper ear, so in the future, it will not happen. No one wants to spend money without a return... I say this because I feel I have enough experience and education. Since 1955 I have been in this kind of business....
