"Looking for Blackberry parts? This is the place to get them. I manage our corporate blackberries. I have 50+ of them from 7750's up to 8830's. In an effort to save the company some money I started looking for parts so we could fix them ourselves. I've made several purchases from this company, the first order had some problems I think that we attributed to an email server problem but once I contacted them again wondering what was going on they took care of it then and there, upgraded the shipping and I got my stuff the next day. Customer service has been great on subsequent orders, they're good folks. When you figure your average BB is in the $300.00 range, $25-$50 for a replacement part is pretty cheap. I noticed on one order that they'd shipped me an extra shell for a BB 7250, I called them and advised that they'd sent me an extra. Rather than request I send it back, we agreed that should another user destroy theirs and I needed the extra one I would let them know and pay them for it then. I still have the invoice on file, I have enough 7250's out there that I'll need it some day. I always look forward to doing business with these guys as I know I'll be taken care of.
