"When placing an order with the low freight cost, YOU CAN COUNT ON AT LEAST 21 DAYS before you will ever see your order,even if it does not come from China. And if for some reason you amend your order the 21 days start from the date of the amended order. It does not take more than 5 days shipping USPS to go cross country by ground. "No Rush" orders should not mean as late as possble!!!
My order was only for 3/8" female 45 deg. flare swivel to hose barb. I will never use this company again nor will i ever recommend it, the few $$$ saved in freight are not worth it."

"This item "65694 | 1 BLACK ROUND FLOOR FLANGE." advertises free shipping if you spend $999. Very clearly. Under their extra fine print there you see they charge freight shipping for heavy items which one would assume is machinery and big things. But who goes to read these extra terms if right above its clearly stated "Orders over $999 ship FREE".

I ordered 150 pc plus other items which brought my total to nearly $1300. At checkout I knew I was paying no shipping. Apparently confirmation sheet showed that I will be charged freight charge. I haven't noticed it at the moment (when I did later I had still disregard it thinking its standard message and it doesn't apply to me as I went over the $999 promotion deal).
3 days later I got call asking for additional $145 for shipping. At which point I asked to cancel this order as I knew this brings cost up extra $1 per flange and I know I can get better deal elsewhere.
Since the other part of my order already shipped I was charged extra $50 from my refund to ship the other $300 worth of items which now if under $999 requirement. I wanted to cancel the entire order and wasn't able to. I wasn't informed about extra shipping charges, I noticed my refund was simply short. I called them up and best I got was "I understand why you thought it will be free shipping".
You sell pipes and other heavy items. Nowhere here it says that if I order too many of these you will slap me with $145 charge. Clean up your website. State clearly this item ships free if you order few and state clearly weight limit over which people will be charged extra fee.
I don't see why I have to pay for your mistake and waste my time on this."

"I bought a plumbing fitting from BlackHawk for a local government. The fitting had the wrong manufacturer name listed which, in part, led to the wrong part being ordered. On top of that, the item drop shipped to a large multistory multioffice government building with the wrong name listed. Apparently, the name of a BlackHawk employee was listed as the recipient by Spears (the actual manufactuer of the part). This caused confusion at multiple offices and caused my staff to have to waste time determining who this item was supposed to go to. When I reached out to BlackHawk to request an exchange, they advised I would have to do a return and repurchase as they do not offer exchanges. When I indicated I would proceed with that, I was sent an email link to return the original item. All pages linked indicated there would be no fee for the return. However, I received an email indicating the return would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told the fee would apply. What’s more, the quote I was sent for the replacement product included shipping costs exceeding those listed on their own website. I pointed this out to no avail. When they reply, don’t expect any individual’s name on the signature block. You will have no idea with whom you are communicating.

I continued to receive copies of the quote again and again. In short, their website had the wrong manufacturer listed which, in part, caused me to order the wrong item. They would not accept an exchange. Their online return process indicated no fee would be charged for the return yet email confirmation indicated a fee would be charged. The replacement quote cost was higher than what was available on their own site at the same time. I am going to be returning this product to BlackHawk in the next day and I am hopeful there will be no additional drama but they are losing out on dollars for cents. My organization has a $1.7B annual budget and our procurement policies encourage us to find new suppliers to ensure availability of goods through multiple purchasing relationships. This one will no longer be used by my staff.

I almost forgot: I also had to pay shipping both ways despite the issue relating to their having listed the wrong manufacturer. $15 shipping just to return. Plus their roughly $50 restock fee plus their $10 or so bucks shipping to me. So $75 down the toilet assuming they don't play any more games with the return. I will update once the return is fully processed."

"THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY THERE IS OUT ON THE INTERNET!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchase quite often from the internet, however, I was forced to file fraud yesterday with my credit union & PayPal of emails I had a conversation with the vendor, Blackhawk Supply, in regards to them suggesting a part I needed, realizing when I received it, it was NOT what I needed. I called the same day I received the part to advise Blackhawk Supply of the wrong part and was TOLD immediately they do NOT do refunds and that is what I ordered, with their suggestions. I disagreed with them as they advised me of what to purchase. Anyway, after several arguments, they sent me an RMA to return the product back to them with a bogus restocking fee, which I did, as this is a $350 part. I was to get a refund back of $280 and some change. ***Mind you the parts were never ever removed from the box, still in mint condition, with each part tucked away in its intricate cubbie space. I just closed the box and took it to UPS and shipped it back as instructed.

They then sent me an email with pictures of them receiving the item back with the package all ripped up, parts scattered all inside of the box, and the guts of the box destroyed, all so they would not have to refund my money. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. So I then communicated with the vendor, Blackhawk Supply via email regarding the pics being a fraud, and the item was NOT shipped back in that condition. I also stated I was going to go to social media and report how badly they lied so they would not have to refund my money, they then send me an email with threats on how they will get their "attorney". I can see why they would have one in their back pocket for horrible business practices act such as these.

I should have known the day I called to advise this wasn't what I needed how the owner and customer service responded, as well as how quick they were to defend some bogus no return no refund crap! PROOF once I received the pictures of how they tore up the box and took pictures to prove thier lies even further.
