"Somehow my order was broken up into two separate shipments, which was a bit aggravating. I did not find this out until I had received the order, and discovered that there were items missing. However, Blackhawk Supply answered my phone call, and promptly began to resolve the issue. Even offering to overnight missing items if need be. Blackhawk informed me that the missing items were scheduled to arrive the next day, and gave me updated tracking info. They did arrive the next day as promised. It did however cost me another trip to the customers house, and a couple more hours that I couldn't charge for. Things happen, and Blackhawk did get to work to resolve the issue. I do wish they had told me that my order had been broken up into two shipments that would be arriving two separate days. This would have kept me from an unnecessary trip to the customers house, and more importantly than the trip, is that I couldn't deliver for the customer the day I said I would, because I didn't receive the entire order.
