"On Friday May 2nd at 5:50 pm Indiana time, I was shopping for a control board for my pool heater. I started a google search and I found just the one I needed at a great price at a company called Blackhawk Supply. I placed my order and checked overnight shipping. I figured this would mean my part would arrive on Monday, being the next business day. However within a minute of placing my order I received a call from Jo Ann. She was calling to tell me that she had my part pulled and was wanting to ship it before she left because it was 4:50 pm in Illinois and she gets off at 5. She said she wanted to call me to tell me that it would indeed be delivered on Monday however there was another option. For $20 more I could have it on Saturday. I gladly took that deal and my part was on my doorstep at 8:15 am, by 8:30 am my pool heater was up and running. As a business owner myself, I can't begin to explain how much it meant to me that this company that I had never heard of cared so much about my satisfaction that she called me to help me out. I know it's human nature to start winding down during the last hour of a work day but this was in the last 10 minutes of her week!! In the world we live in today, people are quick to jump on social media and lambast a company if they mess up but rarely say anything for someone doing a good job.
